These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Australian International Beauty College website and your enrolment in our courses. By accessing our website or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms.
Australian International Beauty College provides online beauty education and training courses, including treatments such as IPL, skin needling, exosomes, dermaplaning, brow and lash tinting, and microdermabrasion.
By enrolling in a course you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet any prerequisites for the course. Enrolment is confirmed once payment has been received and you receive a confirmation email.
Our courses are delivered digitally. Upon successful enrolment and payment, you will receive access to the course materials via the email address you provided. Access is granted for the period specified for each course. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary internet access and devices to complete your course.
Prices are listed in the applicable currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of any taxes where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of enrolment unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
All course materials, content, logos and resources provided remain the intellectual property of Australian International Beauty College. You may not copy, distribute, resell or share course materials without our written permission.
You agree to use our courses and materials lawfully and respectfully. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any student who breaches these Terms or engages in misconduct.
Course completion certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements and are populated with the student's name and completion date. Certificates confirm completion of the relevant course as delivered by Australian International Beauty College.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or courses. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
