This Return Policy explains how returns are handled for purchases made through Australian International Beauty College. As our primary products are digital courses, returns are handled as set out below. This policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Digital Courses

Because our courses are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense once accessed. If you change your mind before accessing the course, please refer to our Refund Policy regarding the cooling-off period.

2. Faulty or Misdescribed Courses

If a course is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet the guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund, repair or replacement. Please contact us with details and we will work to resolve the issue.

3. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If you have purchased physical materials or kits, you may return them within 14 days of delivery provided they are unused, in their original condition and packaging. To arrange a return, please contact us first. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us with your name, order details and the reason for the return. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

5. Refunds on Returns

Where a return is approved, any applicable refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item or approving the request.
