At Australian International Beauty College, we want you to be confident in your enrolment. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are provided. This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our courses come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if a service is not provided with due care and skill or is not fit for its stated purpose.
Our courses are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon enrolment. For this reason, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once course access has been granted or a substantial portion of the course content has been accessed, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
A separate cancellation and refund policy for live training sessions will be added in this section once live training becomes available. The digital course terms above will continue to apply to all online, self-paced courses and will remain unaffected.
Because our courses are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon enrolment, refunds are not available once you have completed a course or accessed the majority of its materials, except where required by law.
To request a refund, please contact us with your name, enrolment details and reason for the request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for funds to appear may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
We understand that circumstances change. If you are unable to complete your course due to genuine exceptional circumstances (such as serious illness), please contact us and we will consider your situation on a case-by-case basis.
