This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel an enrolment or subscription with Australian International Beauty College.
You may request to cancel your course enrolment by contacting us using the details below. The outcome of your cancellation will depend on how much of the course you have accessed and the timing of your request, as set out in our Refund Policy.
If you cancel within 14 days of enrolment and have not accessed a substantial portion of the course materials, you are entitled to a full refund.
If you cancel after accessing a significant portion of the course, a refund may not be available, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
If you are enrolled under a subscription or payment plan, you may cancel future payments by notifying us before your next billing date. Cancelling future payments will stop further charges but does not automatically refund payments already made.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course. If we cancel a course you are enrolled in and cannot offer a suitable alternative, you will receive a full refund for that course.
To cancel, please contact us with your name and enrolment details. We aim to confirm all cancellation requests within 5 business days.
